Shipping Methods

I currently only offer domestic US shipping. 

Shipping Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping charges are paid with the invoice at time of order. I typically will ship USPS First Class for retail and Priority for wholesale orders, let me know if you need to upgrade or add insurance.

I typically ship within 3-5 business days of cleared payment, or will ship within 3-5 days upon completion of a custom order. I do my best to get your orders out to you as quickly as I can! Items are packaged safely and carefully, ready for gifting. 

During the Holidays, please note that shipping time can increase. I also will usually leave my shop open while on vacation and ship promptly upon return.

I collect sales tax for TX at the rate of 8.25%.

 

Returns

I do my best to prepare each order neatly packaged for it's journey to you. However, sometimes things happen. I will gladly replace any item that arrives broken free of charge. If you are otherwise unsatisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. I accept returns repackaged and in the same condition they were sent within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund. I do not refund any shipping costs.
