When will I receive my order?

All items available in our shop are made to order. With several drying processes, allow 3-5 business days from the day of purchase before shipping. I do my best to assure quality items and quick turn-around. During the Holidays and vacation, shipping time will increase. I will notify you if that is the case.

For domestic purchases, orders typically arrive within 7 business days.

If you are concerned about the status of your order, please feel free to email me at manue@prettykiku.com.

What about custom fees?

On a case-by-case basis, I will ship internationally. Please note that some countries have custom fee. We are absolutely not responsible for paying custom fees. Customers are responsible for paying custom fees in their country.

Why does my order look a bit different from the pictures?

All items are made to order, so each piece is completely unique. The paper used to make your jewelry is cut out of large sheets of handmade Japanese paper. Patterns vary greatly on these papers. Unless the pattern is simple (like polka dots), the item's description will always mention that pattern placement will vary.

Do you offer gift wrap?

All orders arrive ready for gifting in a brown, hand-stamped gift box. If you do not wish to include a receipt with your order, please let me know at check-out.

Do you accept custom orders?

I sure do and love working on new projects. Please email me at manue@prettykiku.com with inquiries.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes! The information we collect at the time of your order is only to contact you if needed. We do not share any information to third party websites. The check-out process goes through a secure server and your billing information will never be stored.

Do you offer wholesale?

I absolutely do. Please email me for details or through the wholesale inquiry form.

Do you offer consignment?

I offer limited consignment locally, here in Austin, but I prefer to work with wholesale, which always proves beneficial for both parties.
