When will I receive my order?

All items available in our shop are made to order. With several drying processes, allow 3-5 business days from the day of purchase before shipping. We do our best to assure quality items and quick turn-around. During the Holidays and vacation, shipping time will increase. We will notify you if that is the case.

For Domestic purchases, orders typically arrive within 7 business days. For International orders, shipping can take as long as 4-6 weeks, depending on the country. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please feel free to email us at

What about custom fees?

Please note that some countries have custom fee. We are absolutely not responsible for paying custom fees. Customers are responsible for paying custom fees in their country.

Why does my order look a bit different from the pictures?

All items are made to order, so each piece is completely unique. The paper used to make your jewelry is cut out of large sheets of handmade Japanese paper. Patterns vary greatly on these papers. Unless the pattern is simple (like polka dots), the item's description will always mention that pattern placement will vary.

All orders arrive ready for gifting in a brown, hand-stamped gift box. If you do not wish to include a receipt with your order, please let us know at check-out.
